On 17th of April 2025, Archiater Studio hosted a professional meet-up with Kopa Group to present and discuss the implementation of e-invoicing in line with the latest requirements by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN). The training aimed to educate businesses on the updated requirements for purchase and sales invoices.
The session featured a detailed talk on the fundamentals and benefits of e-invoicing, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and digital transformation in financial processes. A key highlight of the session was the presentation of our in-house software, ARC, and its capability to integrate seamlessly with e-invoicing mechanisms.
We demonstrated how ARC can directly incorporate e-invoicing features, effectively bypassing manual interaction with the LHDN portal, thereby streamlining operations for our clients and ensuring real-time data synchronization and compliance. These demonstrations were particularly engaging, as they provided practical insights into the implementation of the system.
The engagement ended with a productive Q&A session and positive feedback from Kopa Group, reflecting mutual interest in digital solutions for accounting and invoicing processes.
